The project can provide a one month scholarship for ONE staff member.
Female staff members are strongly encouraged to apply! 
The mobility must take place before July 14, 2017

  • detailed description of research interests including following information: subject, methods, aims, publications and schedule for the planned research activities
  • proficiency in the language of instruction /communication at the host university (English/national language of instruction)
  • citizenship of one of gSmart partner countries
  • letter of support by the home university
  • invitation letter of host university (please read this information!)

Third Call for Scholarships: May 1, 2014 - June 16, 2014
- Bachelor level mobility shall typically not exceed one semester
- MSc mobility shall aim at completing MSc studies in Europe. 2 years study programmes at EU universities, latest start: autumn 2015 for degree seeking students!
- PhD mobility will require an advanced proposal and project, need to proof PhD admission at Home or Host university
- PostDoc mobility will be used as a selective, flexible instrument to advance research and supervision experience and to develop leadership
PhD and Postdoc scholars will be involved in co-teaching and team teaching at host universities and need to provide an INVITATION LETTER 
- Staff (faculty mobility) will be used for (Co-) Teaching and supervisory roles and additional pedagogical experience. Applicants need to outline a research plan.
- Admin mobility will be short term and usually be implemented as a moving assignment through a number of office and admin functions including management of credit records, feeding into QA procedures, contributing to outreach and promotion and ongoing student / participant liaison, plus course management.

gSmart Bachelor level mobility shall typically not exceed one semester, a scholarship can be provided up to a maximum of 5 semesters, 6 semesters at VUA.
At host institutions, participants on BSc level will take part in regular exams, typically in English language, ECTS will be used for documentation and transfer of credit

gSmart MSc mobility shall aim at completing MSc studies in Europe, scholarships can be provided up to the full study period.

gSmart PhD mobility will require an advanced proposal and project, joint supervision between EU and CA partners, and a high probability to complete within the project timeframe. An admission as PhD student is a prerequisite! 
PostDoc mobility will be used as a selective, flexible instrument to advance research and supervision experience and to develop leadership.
PhD and Postdoc scholars will be involved in co-teaching and team teaching at host HEIs, scholarships can be provided up to 10-12 months.
