- Visiting Students (participants in mobility and scholarship programmes): A “Letter of Acceptance” for admission to study will be send to students issued by the international office of the respective host university. This Letter of Acceptance is valid for the application for entry documents with the representative authority (Embassy or Consulate). = Admission to Study, students are registered as incoming mobility students and  receive credits for their studies after successful examination, the recognition of academic credentials has been pre-agreed through the learning agreement, the transcript of records consists of a list of the course units taken, the exams students have passed and the credits gained at the host university.

- Degree-Seeking Students: will submit an application for admission and will receive an Admission Letter from the host university’s admission office. This Admission Letter is valid for the application for entry documents with the representative authority (Embassy or Consulate). ). = Admission to a study program, students intend to finish their studies abroad and will receive a degree from the (host) university.
