Before applying, you should read carefully all information in the "How to Apply Section" and 
prepare the compulsory additional (scanned) documents (see information below)
These documents will be needed for the scholarship application, admission and visa are independent processes! 

FINAL CALL FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
September 14 - October 31, 2015





All application documents will have to be directly submitted to the selection committee who will ensure that selection is purely based on merit and potential. gSmart scholarship applicants should:
  • read information about application fully, including any special instructions
  • complete every space on the application form
  • if something is not applicable to you, make sure that you mark it as “Not Applicable” or “N/A”
  • print a copy before submitting it and proofread.

(1) Please fill out the gSmart online application form, after successful submission and after the application deadline you will be requested 
(2) to submit documents - compiled in ONE pdf (yourname_country.pdf - by providing ONE valid email to em-gsmart@zgis.net.

Be ready to submit and prepare your documents!
After successful submission and after the application deadline we will ask for:
 (2) Compulsory Additional (scanned) Documents  compiled in ONE pdf - saved as yourname_country.pdf !   
  1. Photocopy of international passport (only main/photo page)            
  2. Academic credentials, with a copy of diplomas            
  3. (Certified) translated copies of academic transcripts            
  4. Academic and/or professional Curriculum Vitae (europass model)          
  5. English language certificate   
  6. Declaration of Honour of not having received an EM Action 2 scholarship for the same purpose         
  7. One letter of recommendation supporting your application            
  8. Other Documentation (optional)
